The pre-preliminary boys event filled with great talent and wonderful skating. The future is so bright and exciting for these young athletes. Our students, Leon and Jung, earned 1st and 4th place. Remember their names! 😉 2. Our student, Emily earned 1st place in Preliminary Girls. Afterwards, we went over her protocol in Michelle Kwan’s trophy room. I was able to share with Emily about Michelle Kwan’s career and her incredible significance to this sport. My all-time favorite skater. 🌟 3, 4, and 5. “Teamwork makes the dream work.” I’m grateful for the team of colleagues I get to work with and call my friends who are so talented and dedicated. Thank you team! 💪🏼 6. To work with and see these young kids grow and progress right before your eyes is what makes this career so special. 7 and 8. The friendships we make in figure skating last forever.
