Confidence. What is it? That answer is probably different for everyone but for me it’s caring more about the reward or positive outcome than the risk of looking foolish or failing. I’m usually terrified and/or insecure when I do anything new, or put myself in a position to be stretched (insert crude joke here). I choose to risk failing because the possibility of growing is what matters most.
