The Story of New Era Creative Space – A CREATE ACTION Short Film • Today, we’re excited to share more about the amazing work of @neweracreativespace (NECS), a #SonyCreateAction grant-winning nonprofit from Peekskill, NY 💪​

NECS offers after school, weekend and summer programs for young people in Peekskill, New York. They provide classes in arts and performance plus science and technology, as well as tools for leadership and empowerment, collaboration, creative problem-solving, self-expression, confidence and opportunities to engage in social action. The program empowers young people to think critically, creatively, and collaboratively and nurtures the next generation of visionary thinkers. ​

This promotional short film was created as part of the #SonyCreateAction grant to highlight the non-profit's commitment to their local community and be used as a tool for NECS to fuel its growth. We are honored to be a part of their mission to inspire stronger communities through creative programs.​
