先週のポトフ用のすね肉、冷蔵庫でアスピック（煮こごり）化してて、これがおいしい。サンドイッチと共に朝食に。

The shank from last week's pot-au-feu is now in the fridge as aspic, and it's delicious. I had it for breakfast with a sandwich.
