“Itsumodori” = as usual
I liked this word since I was competing.
There is so much unnecessary emotions that came up before the competitions and I like to say this to myself to calm down.
It is not easy to keep your conditions good all the time by yourself but if you have something that supports you, it is reassuring. What kind of things for you?

競技をしていた時から、この言葉が好きでした。大会前は、不必要な感情が沢山出てくることが多く、いつも自分に言い聞かせていました。
自分でいつも体調を整えるのは簡単ではありませんが、自分をサポートしてくれるものがあれば安心ですよね。
