Yesterday was DAY 1 of my new training program I wrote for myself!!!

This is also the first time trying, and doing, this exercise since my SC Joint tear about 4.5 months ago!

Felt WAY harder then it normally does, BUT hey, still PROGRESS! 😜

This is one of the cross training exercises I did yesterday on my strength and power day.
(5lbs added to 1-Arm Pull Ups. )
