“So much of our runs are less about the miles, and more about exploration,” says Ryo Yamamoto, a member of New York City’s Old Man Run Club (OMRC).

“OMRC wouldn’t be OMRC without having New York City as our home base,” says co-founder Dao-Yi Chow.
