Just whipped up some my famous veggie chili! Well it'll be famous after this post! It has onion, garlic, courgette, squash, tomatoes, cilantro, basil, oregano, cayenne, cumin, salt, pepper, shoe peg corn, black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans and garbanzo beans. All fresh of course and cooked in extra virgin cold pressed olive oil with a dash of Bordeaux ;-)
