照り焼きのたれ→しょうゆ大1、みりん大1、酒大1、砂糖大1/2
茄子2本、油大2〜、ししとう、たれ、水溶き片栗粉(片栗粉小1＋水小2)、ごはん
Teriyaki sauce… 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp sake and 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 eggplants, 2 tbsp oil, shishito sweet peppers, teriyaki sauce, 1 tsp starch with 2 tsp water and rice
