Can it be called tonkatsu if I used Italian bread crumbs? Made a couple substitututions….iceberg for cabbage and pickled ginger for lemons. We don’t really cover too much about frying in the upcoming cookbook (preorder 🙏🏼). But we go deep into the idea of making substitution
