We’re so quick to judge, so quick to mention if someone’s lost or put on weight, ask why they’re insecure and scoff at their reasoning for not feeling confident to wear particular clothing or eat a particular food.

Try to be kind. Someone close to you may have had or may still have an eating disorder and a lot of the time you’d have no idea!

It used to take something as small as my ex bf saying “are you sure you should get dessert?” for me to fall straight back into the vicious cycle of bulimia.

If you notice someone you love is suddenly going to the rest room after meals more often or changing their eating habits drastically, please try to be careful with your words and try to be there for them as much as you can. ❤️
