We talk a lot about salad dressings in the upcoming “cooking at home” (link in bio). This is a super quick and simple dressing …I make endless variations of this. Sub out vinegar with lime juice, add minced garlic, use fish sauce instead of tamari…just know that the ratio of acid to oil should be around 1:3

I think this dressing was a couple glugs of olive oil, 15 shakes of chili flakes and sesame seeds, couple long pours of rice wine vinegar, one pour of @momolongplay sesame oil & tamari, and a big squeeze of agave.

I used this dressing for a tomato, onion, soft tofu salad.
