最近、撮影前や後に、ほぼ毎日ジムに通ってます。
時間に余裕がある時は川や山に行って、自然に癒されてます。
整いまくりです。笑

Recently, I go to the gym almost every day before or after shooting.
When I have time, I go to the rivers and mountains to heal naturally.
It's all part of one set.
