本日「scent of memory 」フラゲ日。

「umbrella」を録音した時は、こんな時代になる直前だったなあ。

初めて緊急事態宣言が出た時はスタジオが使えなくなって、「周波数」は急遽リモート録音したっけ。

「silent」を作った時は、長らく人に会えなくて落ち込んでいた。でも今は、今年の冬にかかるのを凄く楽しみにしている。

私の一年を象徴するような曲になった「バードマン」。上手くいかない日々の隣にいてくれる曲が出来た。

「陽炎」では、初めて一曲全て歌った。ずっと書いてみたかった別れがテーマの曲を作ることが出来た。

今日は巣立っていく雛たちを見守るような気持ち。それぞれが羽ばたいて、居場所を見つけて欲しい。

Today is the Japanese pre-release for our new album "scent of memory."

When I was recording "Umbrella," it was just before a time like this.

I was working from home and recording my song “Shuhasu” because we couldn't use a recording studio during the first state of emergency.

When we wrote "Silent," I still hadn't seen anyone, and I was depressed. But now, I'm excited to listen to the song this winter.

"Birdman" is a symbol for the last year. When I am not doing well, this song is by my side.

Finally, when I wrote and sang "Kagerou," I was able to express a breakup I wanted to write about.

I feel like a mother bird watching over her babies from afar. I wish they could fly and find their place.
