Today Pudge turns 11 years old! Wow!
To celebrate, Pudge helped me make a Pudge cake

Recipe:
2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks room-temp unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup (300g) sugar
3 large eggs, room-temp
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk, room-temp
1 sleeve of Oreos

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl & set aside.

In a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar on med-high until pale and fluffy (3mins)

Reduce speed and add vanilla & eggs one at a time

Alternate adding flour mixture and milk, beginning and ending with flour.

Fold in Oreos broken by hand (don’t crush them too finely)

Bake for 35-40mins at 350°F
