I bake gluten-free bread while my son sleeps, and often times in the summer I make homemade recovery drinks to reduce fatigue. I use Manuka Honey, some lemons and shiso leaves that I grow myself. I also prepared a main dish consisting of spinach and carrots wrapped in thinly cut meat. I actually have a sports nutrition certification, so I pay attention to my son’s foods as well👩‍🍳 Anyway, a little rest is very important and precious for us. While my son takes his lessons, we plan to enjoy a small birthday lunch.
