In the beginning it might feel hard to quite your brain, but if you do even just 10 min everyday, then slowly your brain starts to quite itself. Patience and kindness toward yourself is key.   Words from the meditation.  "The emotion you focus on and give attention to become your reality. This is why it's so important to become more conscious of your thoughts and feelings.  For example, feeling of anger, frustration and fear lower your vibration whereas feelings of gratitude, kindness, joy and love elevate your vibration. Whatever you choose to focus your energy on will grow. When you begin making changes in the way you think and feel you are taking the first steps in transforming your attitude and by opening your heart you allow energy to flow freely in your body.
