I know a lot of artists struggle with recording songs they didn't pen themselves but to me it’s an honor. When @matt_lukasiewicz sent me the song I absolutely knew I had to be a part of it. If you're an artist out there & you have the opportunity I’d challenge you to step outside yourself a little bit & consider songs pitched to you if you think they are great & align with your values. Artists supporting artists, songwriters supporting songwriters & everything in between. At the end of the day we are all making music & if it fits it fits.
