Treat yourself with some kindness today and every day. Kindness for myself doesn’t come naturally. It takes practice, discipline, and a kind community of friends to remind me when I forget. Lately it’s looked like longer walks outside to enjoy the spring flowers and warmer weather. Extra cuddles with @rorymckinna. Caring for and propagating our plants. And today I enjoyed a lovely little bike ride. Most days I fail, find myself over worked, over committed, and underwater. But every day I work to make kindness a practice, I get better at cultivating it in my life and with others.
