We were scheduled for a couple of days at Three Rivers Petroglyph site in the Tularosa basin but high winds and the massive Three Rivers fire forced us to cut the trip stay short. This fire that started ½ a mile from our campsite quickly escalated to 6,100 acres and was still uncontrolled this morning. The rock art we were photographing was not endangered by the fire but we thought it best to leave the roads opened for fire crews and evacuating residents.」4月28日 4時36分
