Today is a reminder to appreciate & take care of this home we all share. I know I’ve been saying this for years, but I’ll say it again in honor of today - eating a plant based diet is one of the most impactful things we can do for the environment. Animal agriculture is one of the main culprits behind ocean dead zones, water pollution, climate change, deforestation, species extinction & habitat destruction. So along with the three “R’s”, shopping sustainably, and reducing our daily use of plastics, eating less meat should not be a topic we skip out on mentioning today. Personally, I feel like at times conversing about sustainable living can come with a lot of judgment...
