I’ve spent last 9 days in Tenerife alone (not counting my hiking trips with a super nice tour guide) and it’s been one of the most peaceful times in my life. I ate alone, exercised and did my yoga alone, slept alone (that I kind of mastered in last few years 😅), meditated, caught up on all the neglected work. I know that time spent in solitude is a luxury for most of us but if you can ever make it work - make it happen.
