中国料理「星ヶ岡」に新たな代表的メニューが誕生いたしました。平日限定でご用意している、伝統製法と独自の視点で生まれた『金昇（きんしょう）坦々麺』は、現在大変好評いただいております。芳醇かつ濃厚な金胡麻の香り・旨味のスープに加え、一般的なひき肉ではなく黒毛和牛リブロースをダイナミックに盛り付け、イタリアの名窯「リチャード ジノリ」が製作したエキゾチックなデザインの器でお召し上がりいただけます。

A new signature dish has been added to the menu of our Chinese restaurant “Star-Hill”! Served only on weekdays, “Kinsho Tantan Noodles” were created using an original perspective on a traditional method. In addition to the rich, thick, sesame scented savoury soup, the finest Wagyu beef rib-eye has been dynamically arranged on top instead of the regular minced meat, and is served in an exotically designed bowl produced by the famous Italian porcelain manufacturer “Richard Ginori”.
