Saturday’s are my cardio days. I normally do some sort of cardio and then abs to finish, but I’m not doing as much abs anymore so I decided to add in this HIIT leg burner to finish off my day. Complete 20 reps for every exercise (20 each side if single sided), and then repeat 3 times through. Yesterday was leg day for me so I struggled getting through it, but I finished and it felt good!
