🥚 6. Large Free Range Eggs.
💁🏻‍♀️ 230g Plain Flour.
🥞 2 Heaped Teaspoons Baking Powder(optional).
🥛 280ml Milk.
  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions:
- Separate the egg whites and egg yolks.
- Whip the egg whites until its fluffy and has soft peaks.
- Mix the (egg yolks+milk+flour(+baking soda)) rest of the ingredients separately until you have a smooth batter.
- Fold the egg whites with the batter.
- Bake pancakes on medium heat.
