But the majority of it is reducing water retention and bloating. Which is a great start!!  2. Not everyone sees physical change in 4 weeks. I sure didn’t!! It took me personally 8-12 weeks before I noticed any physical change, so if that’s you too, don’t get discouraged. Just keep going! ☺️🙌  3. Physical progress isn’t everything. Really. Physical progress WILL come, but at what cost? Be sure you’re taking care of your emotional and mental well-being and focusing on “Non-Scale Victories”. Like, can you lift more weight? Are you faster? Have more energy for day to day life? Feel more confident because you’re a total badass? Those things are JUST AS IMPORTANT. . We’re in week 8 of our 12 week challenge but remember this is just laying the foundation to continue crushing it and getting closer to your goals even after these 12 weeks!!
