I butterflied my chicken & popped it in the cast iron. These two details ensure even cooking & the cast iron conducts the heat really well.⁠⁠

Marinade :⁠⁠
3-4 cloves minced garlic⁠⁠
2 Tbsp chicken bouillon⁠⁠
2 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning⁠⁠
1 Tbsp flavor gods Italian zest seasoning⁠⁠
1 Tbsp honey⁠⁠
1 tsp cumin, & paprika⁠⁠
1 tsp dry parsley, rosemary, thyme, & coriander⁠⁠
1/2 cup of white wine⁠⁠
1/2 large orange juice & zest⁠⁠
1/2 lemon/ lime juice & zest⁠⁠
Cook for 40-45 minutes on 400°⁠⁠
Baste chicken after 20 minutes⁠⁠
