With our friends at @capeusa, we’ve vetted several community-driven organizations that have been doing the work (and will continue to) in the fight for restorative (rather than retributive or performative) justice. We’re inspired by the abundance of positive momentum in and for the AAPI community but we need to be responsible with our collective resources and deliver them to the right organizations where they’re most impactful. Finally, fighting for socioeconomic equity is a constant work in progress; we’re committed to both weeding out systemic injustices while planting seeds that engender new, greater socioeconomic equity.
