LAでは、スーパーなど人数制限がかかっていて、人がいっぱいになるとちゃんと外で待つ、などの対策がされています。

カートやカゴも都度消毒してくれていて、
すごく安心して買い物ができます。

食料品の買い物は基本Whole FoodsかErewhon(オーガニックなものがたくさん売ってるヘルシー嗜好なスーパー)✨

体に入れるものはできるだけオーガニックなものを選ぶようにしています。

こういう時だからこそ
精神的にもポジティブでいるには、まずは健康な身体でいること👍
そして、身体にいい食べ物は肌にも絶対いいと僕は信じてます😊

みんなは食事など何か気をつけていることはありますか？？

※1日マスクをつけないといけない時は不織布マスクだと耳の後ろの肌が荒れてしまうので写真のマスクを着用しています。マスクの中にはフィルターシートをいれて、感染予防はしっかりしています🙇‍♂️

In LA, the supermarkets have restrictions on entry so they don't become overly crowded. If the number of people in the store exceeds the limit, we are asked to wait outside.

They also disinfect the carts and baskets each time before use, so we are able to shop comfortably.

I try to stick to organic foods, so I usually do my grocery shopping at Whole Foods or Erewhon✨

During these times, it is important to be positive mentally and phisically, and I believe that what you consume is what makes your skin healthy👍
