It feels like right now we are living from one news update to the next as to how life will be which makes planning a calendar for this year more than just a little tricky. It’s an entirely different way of living for us all and I’m sure that we’re all sensing that lockdown has gone on for a lot longer than it should have now. It’s easy to become restless, feel helpless and even abandoned by the support network that was once around us all; but we have been given the gift of time to focus on ourselves and grow in body mind and soul. Personally I’ve used lockdown to remove insincere people from my life, prepare for my yoga exams, I’m 100 days into learning to speak a new language -Hungarian in honour of my heritage- and I’ve had the most wonderful time raising an adorable litter of puppies and seeing more of my children who would have otherwise been at school. The hurry, rush and hustle and bustle of life is gone and we have peace, serenity and love in all that we do.
