Ladies we are in the FINAL week of the Sweat Challenge!

✅ Sumo Squat - 3x10 reps
✅ Banded Hip Thrust - 3x20 reps
✅ Bulgarian Split Squat - 3x16 reps (8 per side)
✅ RDL - 3x12 reps
✅ Alternating Glute Bridge - 3x24 reps (12 per side)
✅ Glute Combination - 3x24 reps (12 per side)
