Fun combo from forearm position to give those wrists a break 😇
Try this 1x through before your next workout or 2-3x for a little glute sizzler 🔥
1. Leg extension to curl - 10 reps (focus on really squeezing heel to glute with resistance and control on the way in and out)
2. Leg lifts foot straight - 10 reps
3. Leg lifts foot angled - 10 reps (you’ll feel the work shift to the side of your glute in this one)
4. Forearm fire hydrant - 10 reps (keep the other side of your body as still as possible)
* repeat on other side
