Bodies change as we age. It’s more pronounced for women because, well, hormones 🤷‍♂️. How you apply hacks during each change and stage can make a pretty positive difference.

I asked @somijavaidmd of @hermdhealth how perimenopausal women can increase their metabolic rate at a time when it’s probably slowing down.

A few of her top suggestions include testosterone if needed, exercise, and fasting to decrease insulin levels.
