I live for bomb ass hamburger patty topped with the best brown gravy, rice, and a fried egg with ketchup. The flavors! Something about it!! But since we keto in these streets we decided to ketofy it with caulirice and a flourless gravy. Ive made a dish like this before but I wanted to remake it for 2021 hehehe!⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ I added mayo, red onions, pork rind panko from @porkkinggood , and @flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning to some ground beef. Mix all of that and set aside. Start cooking your cauliflower rice (i use frozen from Costco). Grab a handful of ground beef mixture and start cooking patties (i added a little bit of mct oil for extra fat).⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Once all the patties were cooked, make the gravy. Use the same pan you cooked the hamburger meat and saute the bits in the pan with 2 tbsp of butter. Add some beef broth (2 cups) to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Taste and add salt or more garlic lovers flavor to taste. After awhile, add a smallllllllll amount of xanthum gum ( likie small, 1/4 of a tsp or some shit). It will thicken up but you dont want to add too much too soon... build up with the xanthum gum because IT WILL GET GUMMY if too much.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Okay! Once the gravy is ready, check the cauliflower rice. Add a little bit of oil to saute slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Fry your crispy egg and then youre ready to plate.
