I’ve been dealing with some anxiety and sadness lately. I’m sure it’s a combo of postpartum hormones and this pandemic. I feel pretty lonely and uncertain. I find myself wondering if I’m doing a good enough job as a wife and mother. I miss my family and I miss hugging my friends. I miss the way things used to be before COVID. Today I decided to get outside, blast loud music and work out really hard for 30 mins. It helped 😊. What tools do you guys use to take care of your mental health?
