I gave out a message to English speaking residents of Tokyo (and Japan) in tonight’s Governor Koike’s English COVID-19 report on the Tokyo Met Gov’t video site tokyodouga.jp.
I don’t know if this message would be of any kind of help to anyone, but I sincerely hope that foreign language speaking residents aren’t feeling too helpless or lonely now, and that we could be of help somehow.
