Morning Meditation! This is a guided meditation by Heidi E. Spear that I frequently listen to to help me feel grounded and to help start my day.. especially when I know I’m gonna have a long productive day. Meditating helps me stay focused, present and relieve stress. It gives me a chance to focus on my breathing and calm my mind, which can be so hard to do sometimes which is why I like to listen to guided meditations. Even if I’m having a stressful moment during the day.. I’ll take a moment to meditate to release tension.
