Hi, I welcomed my birthday calmly this morning.
I've been began to think that the important thing is not how to spend a birthday, is how to welcome the day. If I was calm on that day, it's the proof that I could've been doing my best until that day. So I compliment myself, and start doing my best for my next birthday.
