Мне очень некомфортно с людьми рядом с которыми я не чувствую себя целостной.
Иногда ловлю себя на мысли, что при общении я бываю сдержанна в эмоциях, в выражениях и действиях. И это совсем не про то, что я не искренняя, наоборот, просто энергетика каждого влияет на меня по-разному. Если утрировано, то с одним ты хочешь набивать полный рот еды и смеяться, а с другим не позволяешь себе нарушить правил этикета.
Я называю это глубоким чувством единения душ. Если я чувствую человека, то никаких границ между нами нет.
Смогли бы вы жить или дружить с человеком, с которым всегда нужно немного притворяться? 🌼

I am so uncomfortable with people with whom I do not feel myself as a whole person.

Sometimes, I catch myself thinking that I am restrained in emotions, expressions, and actions when communicating with people. And it not about the fact that I might not be sincere; rather, on the contrary, just the energy of different people affects me in different ways. To put it simply, with somebody you are willing to fill your mouth with food and laugh with others, I won't allow myself to violate the rules of etiquette.
I call it a deep sense of soul unity. If I feel a person, then there are no boundaries between us.
Would you be able to live or be close friends with a person with whom you always have to pretend a little?
