But.. ::::: My successful / goddess girlfriends constantly say things like: ‘you look absolutely beautiful’. ‘She’s amazing’. ‘Good for her’, ‘she deserves that relationship / success, ‘I admire her for XYZ’, ‘how can I support you?’. ::::: My unsuccessful girlfriends say things like: ‘Did you see what she did to her face?’ ‘She looks terrible in this dress’, ‘she has no talent, she’s only doing XYZ because her parents/ boyfriend/ ex was rich’, ‘she is just too XYZ’, ‘her ass / legs look big/ fat etc’, always upset the world owes them something. :::::: What’s your first reaction when you see a woman comfortable in her body? A happy soul. A goddess, a woman confident in who she is, because she knows how much growth it took for her to get where she is now? Do you feel the tingle of jealousy of ‘why her?’ Or you feel a deeper breath of inspiration in your chest? ::::: Remember the book Rich Dad Poor Dad? Poor dad would say “I can’t afford it”, rich dad would say “How can I afford it?”. ::::: Next time you see a woman that’s crushing it — remember that you can’t achieve something if you’re not supporting others on the same journey. Even if they aren’t ‘your type’ or they aren’t doing something ‘your way’. ::: Of course sometimes we all get jealous or intimidated. I do too. But I know that jealousy isn’t a proof that there is something ‘wrong with somebody’, it’s just a sign I need to do some more work on myself. I try to do better and always strive to support other women in their journeys, even if I can’t relate or understand them.
