青山舞莉さんのインスタグラム写真 - (青山舞莉Instagram)「a little appreciation post 🤍 @energyfit_official few months ago, I started going to this gym in Shibuya called ENERGYFIT and tbh I was like okay I’ll just try whatever, but then the first time I went it was really different from all the other gyms ive been to and it was so fun and i was like omg i might like running?!? what. and look at me now getting super anxious cause i couldnt go during exam month :( i went there basically everyday except when i had work. i absolutely love the gym, love the people, and it has changed my unhealthy lifestyle to a completely different healthy lifestyle🤍 anyways, i am so thankful for all the staff and instructors there. they have been so kind & super pretty so they're always my motivation to get fit :) they have taken measures to prevent the spread of covid & they also have some discount so go check them out if youre interested (: 長くなるけど最近のお話🤍 数ヶ月前にエナジーフィットていうジムに通い始めたんだけど最初は「まあいってみるか。」くらいの気持ちで行ったんだけどね、行ってみたらとっても楽しくて「まって？走るのって面白い？たのしいかも？！？！」みたいになったの笑　それで今はテスト期間でいけなくてすごーいもやもやするほど大好きなジムになっちゃった！ほとんど毎日グループレッスン受けて、本当にすべてが大好きなジムなの。前は変な時間に食べたり、寝なかったり、全く運動しなかったりしてたのね。けど本当に私のライフスタイルをかえてくれたジムなの。しっかりとコロナの対策もとってるジムだよ。もし興味あったらいまキャンペーンやっているみたいだからぜひこの機会に体験してみてね🤍本当に人生変わった笑」1月31日 9時10分
