Trying to embrace my natural curls wasn’t always easy. I’ve been straightening my hair since I was 12 years old. All the girls at school had pin straight hair and I would beg my mum to let me straighten it. She wanted me to embrace my curls and embrace being different. But I didn’t. I still straighten it regularly buuuttt I’m going to try and wear my curls more often 🤍 not only is it healthier for my hair but they’re also super fun 😜
