ATSUSHIさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ATSUSHIInstagram)「#atsushizm 公私においてとてもお世話になってる人生の先輩と、久しぶりにお話しさせていただきました。新年のご挨拶以来だったんですが、今回のこの緊急事態宣言のことで、エンタテインメント業界の人間が一丸となって、もう一度この新型コロナウイルスに向き合わなければいけないという、とても貴重なご意見をいただきました。自分も前回の緊急事態宣言よりも、危機感は明らかに薄れていたようにも感じます。感染者数も連日1000人前後を推移し、重症者数は過去最高を記録しています。みんなでこの危機を乗り越えないといけないんだとあらためて、もう一度気を引き締めて、感染予防対策などを心がけていかないといけないと強く感じました。もちろん経済活動を回していかなければ、その他の問題や被害が出てしまうことも理解したうえで、だからこそ最短での感染者の抑え込みを実現できるよう、自分なりに必要最低限の外出以外は極力控えようと思います。そして、ボクは本日からこのような良い機会を体のリセットの期間に使いたいと思い、ファスティング（断食）を始めることにしました。トレーニングをしたり、逆にこの期間はストレスを溜めないように、身体を甘やかす時間に使うなど、使い用は人それぞれですが、とにかく多くの皆様が次のステージに進むための準備期間として、自粛期間、おうち時間を有効にお使いいただけることを心より願っております。＊尚、ファスティング中はかなり体力が消耗しますので、少しだけスナちゃん控えめになりますが、生まれ変わったビューティースナちゃんを楽しみにしていてください(笑) I had the privilege to meet my mentor recently. It was the second time this year since the New Year’s greeting. With the declaration of the State Of Emergency, there’s need for people in the music industry like myself to think over again deeply about the covid-19 situation. Personally, this time around I think I was lacking the sense of urgency compared with last year’s State Of Emergency. With over 1000 new cases in everyday recently, and the number of critical patients growing, replacing the past highest records, we all need to be extra careful to prevent the spread of infection. Since the economy is stagnant, I understand that we need to restart economic activities as much as possible, but at the same time we need to be vigilant. I’ll try my best to refrain from nonessential and non-urgent outings. So, I’ve decided to start fasting and reseting my body since there is time for this now. During this pandemic, whether it’s working out or spoiling yourself, the way you use your time is all up to you but I’ve decided to make good use of my spare time and prepare for my next steps. In the beginning it's normal to experience a loss in energy during fasting. I will lessen the amount of Snachan a bit, but please look forward to seeing the new born “Beauty Snachan” lol」1月30日 16時24分
