I kept warm with a roasted appletini, which is served in a hot teapot to keep things cozy! We indulged in classic melty Raclette, pasta with housemade mushroom ragu` and black truffle, and rustic polenta. It seems like all the dishes had just arrived in NYC straight from the Alps!
