I often touch the earth when I feel gloomy.
I like to garden. It helps clear my mind... but I’m also very enthusiastic about it.
I always begin by picking up all the dead leaves that my garden is buried in. This past week, I bought some seeds online and over the last couple days I planted many different kinds, such as: Sunflowers, Cosmos, Lavender, Poppies, Wild Flowers, Asters, Daisies, Calendulas and many more🌝
Finally, I lay an erosion control, natural blanket..
because I travel a lot, I’m dreaming that next time I come back home, the flowers in the garden will be in full bloom.
I always appreciate this couple of hours I spend in the garden every day, when I can connect with nature.

モヤモヤするとき、私はよく土を触ります。
心のお掃除として始めた庭仕事も今では熱中できる一つの楽しみとなりました。
枯葉で埋もれる庭のお掃除からはじめ、植物に水をあげます。
最近では春に向けて購入した種を植え始めました。ひまわり、コスモス、ラベンダー、ポピー、野花、アスター、デイジー、カレンデュラ…etc... 袋に入った沢山の種類の種が今では土の中で眠っています🌸
最後に斜面が崩れないように天然ブランケットを敷き...
旅が多い生活なので、次戻る頃には庭中花が咲き誇るのだろうなぁっと夢想しながら作業しています。日々の2、3時間、土と自然と自分と向き合える時間が大好きです。
