Last Monday @philipapayne and I went LIVE on IG & Tiktok to share some of our favorite partner exercises, but more importantly sharing how we show up and get to the actual workout together because that’s usually the hardest part😬

We are both pretttyyy competitive but we have to use that to challenge each other instead of discourage, and remind one another of how great we feel and all the positive benefits of moving💃

For us it’s important to share how we are feeling physically,🤰Post-partum is a whole other ball game, I definitely rely on philip to motivate me & push me.

Communication is 🔑 when it comes to working out with your partner. 30 mins/day sounds reasonable but sometimes, after a long day, I have to tell philip I’m just way too tired 😂🤦‍♀️ & of course, he knows when to motivate or give me a lil boost & when to let me rest✌️😴

✏️Try planning & setting aside 30 mins to prioritize your wellness together as a ritual, whatever that looks like and see how you can support each other to help them achieve your well-being goals❤️
