Today’s workout is a killer leg workout with no equipment needed! Now don’t be fooled, just because there are no weights or cables doesn’t mean you can’t burn those legs out. Each exercise should have 20 reps, and repeat three times through. If the exercise is single-sided make sure to do 20 on each side (20 total for the 3rd exercise).
