#hypeAF: @madsaki and @Mattel have joined forces for a 'Masters of the Universe' collaboration. For the presentation, the Japanese artist not only pays homage to the television show, but also its popular toy line, comic book covers and action figure packaging across his vivid compositions and three-dimensional works. Altogether the exhibition celebrates MADSAKI’S obsession with 'Masters of the Universe,' which started when he moved to the U.S. from Japan as a kid and learned how to speak English and connect to American culture through the original show. All items will release on January 29 via Mattel Creations.⁠
