Drawing on Christian Dior’s own passion for the divinatory arts, @MariaGraziaChiuri was inspired by Tarot cards for @クリスチャンディオール’s Spring/Summer 2021 couture collection. As a way to access the magical realm, these cards’ mysterious beauty was infused into the couture dresses: a series of evening gowns, some featuring illustrations by @PietroRuffoArtist, presented in a magical video directed by Matteo Garrone where a clairvoyant draws cards one by one as La Papesse, La Justice, Le Diable and La Lune come alive in lace, hand-painted embellishments and golden velvet.
