This publication gathers rarely seen artworks, comics, printed matter and ephemera Brainard created during the 1960s and 70s, with a preface by his close friend, the poet Ron Padgett, and an essay by art critic Éric Troncy. Swipe left to discover the collection paying tribute to artist Joe Brainard through prints and jacquards, and through collage. Artworks and quotes are emblazoned across garments and bags, the tropes of iconic subcultures are cut up and reassembled.
